I have a problem with my words curving at the ends. From reading, I think it's
partly from
the lens setting of the camera, but it could also be from the settings. I'm
thinking perhaps it COULD be the depth setting. Anyone have any help to clear
this up for me?

Look at the words from the orthographic (top, front and side) views to discern
if it is a lens setting issue. If it is due to lens settings, zooming the lens
and moving it away from the object will reduce the effect.
