Mike, Our company, Metagraphics, has recently announced a new C/C++ animation engine called MEDIA!LAB that supports AVI/FLC/FLI playback (amoung other capabilities including sprite animation, special effects, sound and more). The product is optimized tightly in assembly language, and integrates with Windows multimedia and WinG facilities for fast display performance. MEDIA!LAB is due out mid-March, and a premliminary information file, MLINFO.ZIP, is available from several sources as noted below.
