I just completed version 1.60 of Piclab and it is in beta test. In a few days, if no major bugs show up, I will put it in lib 14 of the PICS forum. Because PCX files are color-mapped rather than true-color, and because Piclab doesn't read PCX directly, the process would be convoluted: First use something like John Bridges' CVTGIF to convert the PCX files to GIF so that Piclab can read them. Then use the UNMAP command to convert to true-color. Rescale as desired, then use MAKEPAL and MAP to remap to a palette appropriate to the new colors in the rescaled image. Save as GIF and convert back to PCX. Convoluted, yes, but it does work. Piclab 1.50 is in lib 14 now if you want to try it, but it has some bugs in printing and loading interlaced GIF files.
