Try to flush the recieve buffer. Sometimes I got the problem that nothing came
over the screen. But after hanging up or flush recieve buffer it worked! And
use BaudBandit.device which gives You much higher serial rates. 38400 bps on a
standard 68000 is no problem.

I'll try that at the next opportunity! Looks like exactly my problem! BTW, I
also have a Vector Multi IO board which gives me 57600 bps (or baud – please
everyone: no new discussions as to what is what again). OTOH – I'll d/l
BaudBandit.device and try 38400 using that…
