I am not familiar with ncftp, I just use the Startnet command to start AmiTCP.
It is the demo, version 4. After starting it, a box comes up with information
about how to order and so on, and there is a ghosted OK button. I wait until
the ghosting goes away, then hit the OK button and start Mosaic.
