Paul, I was wondering what problems you have had with CheckItOut and how I could help you? In your message (27Jan95), you told Dave Geenen you had no success with the program. Jim Bug Free Development

Jim- I take it you're the author? Basically, what would happen is that I'd launch CheckItOut, it would open 1 window and then another, and my machine would freeze while the 2nd window was being drawn. During this time I was able to note that my system default fonts were not being used properly, so that gadgets were improperly drawn and so on. I suspect that the freezing problem might be because of an incompatablity between CheckItOut and the software for my RetinaZ3. Otoh, no other program that runs on the Workbench has ever frozen my machine in that way, so I could be wrong. I have an A3k. As of now it is running OS 2.1 on a stock processor, but later this week I will be upgrading it to OS 3.1 and a Warp Engine 3040. I'll try CheckItOut again then, just for in case. Hey, Paul, it doesn't bomb out on me but it does screw up the fonts. I'm using an A1200 '030 with dblNTSC and a font that MagicWB assigned. It would be nice to have it work properly. –Windows is not a Virus; Viruses _do_ something. Rick Green via AutoPilot 1.77

I have been playing with the demo version and had no problem at all. I am running on a 2000/040 with Retina on a 1024×768 workbench. It comes up on Workbench 2.1 just fine. Rick Unland
