A friend of mine has an Amiga 500and is having trouble with her
monitor. First, of all the on off switch is not longer realy functional.
She has to push on on the button and then wedge it in with a straw to keep
it on.Then the monitor does a funny thing, after a few minutes it will
blink off, and it won't go on at all for another 10 minutes or so, no
matter what she does.
Questions: Does anybody know of anyone in the new York City area who
repairs monitors? If not, does any one know of a monitor for sale (color
or black and white) that could be used with a 500. Or could another
monitor be used with some kind of adapter at the end of the cable to make
it compatible.
