thank you for sneding me the NEC CDRom driver. But I am sorry that I must
tell you that it does not work. The only CDs I can use are music CDs. Any
other hangs my complete system. So I think I have to find any driver for
my Toshiba drive.

Rainer,
I'm using the Asimware CD-ROM file system. It works with my Apple 300 drive and
my Toshiba 5201 drive with no problems.
It's commercial, not shareware, but excellent value.

Sorry you couldn't get the NEC driver to work Rainer. I hope you have some
luck finding a PD driver but it looks like you may have to purchase a
commercial package like "CDROM Toolkit".
