So you don't have to plod through my list, here is a quick list of what I am . selling: . . 1. GVP EGS SPECTRUM 24/28 BOARD . 2. 2 MEG ANGUS UPGRADE BOARD . 3. ICD ADSPEED ACCELERATOR . 4. ROM SWITCHER . 5. XT BRIDGEGOARD . 6. ACTION REPLAY 2 (A2000 GAME BOARD) . . GVP's EGS SPECTRUM 24/28 – The very latest graphics card with the very latest . software. Works in an A2000, A3000 or A4000. Automatically configures itself . for Zorro II or III. Doesn't use the video slot so keep that free for the . Toaster. Has 2 megs of memory that must be able to autoconfigure. So if you . have an A2000 with 8 megs, you'll need to drop 2 megs. No limits for A3000 or . A4000. . Price – $250 OBO . . 2 MEG ANGUS UPGRADE BOARD – Pop the old Angus chip out and plug this thing in. . Works on an A500 or A2000. The A500 requires a motherboard trace cut so it is . not for the faint of heart. The A2000 requires no modifications and you can . just put it in, hook the power clip to a chip leg (very easy) and away you go . with 2 megs of chip ram. To get the old Angus out you can push it out from . the back of the motherboard with the 2 holes provided by Commodore or you can . buy a PLCC pluller from Radio Shack (about $10). . Price – $150 OBO . . ICD ADSPEED – Accelerator that doubles the speed of your A500 or A2000. . Simply remove your old CPU and plug this in. Can be set so the default . boot up is in normal 7.14 Hz mode and then activated with software . (thus is completely compatable with finiky games). Works great but will . not work in the accelerated mode (14.28 Hz) if you are using any "enhanced" . display mode. If you stick with 640×200 or 640×400/interlaced, you will . have no problems. . Price – $75 OBO . . . . . ROM SWITCHER – Plugs into the Kickstart Rom socket and allows for use of . either the 1.3 rom (included) or the new 2.04 rom (not included). This is . perfect for those games that require the 1.3 rom to run but you have the . 2.04 rom installed. This card also does not like the new enhanced display . modes. . Price – $20 OBO . . XT BRIDGEBOARD – Yeah, I know, what is it good for? Well, it does do one . thing that no other emulator provides, it allows you to use XT cards in your . Amiga 2000. Use a cheap IBM scanner, modem, ect. If you get a cheap VGA . card and a memory expansion card (to bring it from 512k to 640k) you will . have an IBM clone that is truly capable of running all DOS software (even . if it does it a little slowly with it's 4.77Hz processor). The card does . have a limit of 6 megs of Amiga memory (it maps itself to the higher memory . areas). . Price – $30 OBO . . ACTION REPLAY II – Plugs into the A2000 86 pin CPU expansion slot. Made for . true game players. For you old C64ers, it does the same thing as those C64 . cartridges like "The Final Cartridge" and "Super Snapshot". Probably its . most important function is that it will freeze anything in memory, save it . to disk and allow you to use the frozen program anytime you want to. So all . those games on floppy disk can not be "frozen" just as they start, saved to . hard disk and then played from hard disk. Other features include a machine . language monitor, game trainer for infinite lives/ammo, joystick/mouse port . switcher, floppy boot disk selector (can be either DF1: or DF0:), music . ripper (to save just the music from a game), enhanced hardware based dos . commands, virus checker, ram tester, screen color changer and so on. . This card has a 2 meg limit. If you got more memory than that (and I guess . most A2000 owners do) it might still be worth it to get it, save all your . games to hard disk and then remove it because frozen games/software will run . independent of the card! . Price – $30 OBO . . Leave me E-mail with your offers. Thanks! .
