Hi to All.
What are the rules in making a good focus? my manual is to ver. 1.1
and my plug-in is ver 1.2. some of the settings are not the same.
the focus settings doesn't tell if it is talking about Units or
percentage or somthing else, so I didn't understand it completely.
With Thanks
Sus.
The settings for focal length and focal radius are in 3D Studio units, so you
need to express those in a similar scale to the setup of your scene. Or just
use auto focus which will always focus in on your camera target. Or use track
focus and you can focus in on any particular object or even a dummy object.
For example, try a track focus on a dummy object called DUMMY1. Then move the
dummy object around your scene. Front to back, from object to object, etc.
The focus of the scene will follow the dummy object to give you a great rack
focusing effect.
