I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say "the video capture cards
Tim was referring to." I can't really recommend anything anyway, because when
choosing digital video products of any type it is important to make a careful
assessment of what you are going to do with it now, and in the future,
determine the quality level of video you or your customers will be satisfied
with, and figure out what other equipment will be used with it to determine
compatibility (output format for example).
I know this is very general, but is, nevertheless, good advice. Let me know how
things work out for you.
