One of the most destructive forces in our society is the cadre of Personal
Injury and Plantiff lawyers that use the Jury system of justice to increase the
cost of business for all of us. They often use video to increase the sympathy
that a jury has for the "little guy" vs the big corporation. Unfortunately,
when the judgement comes out against the "big corporation" we all pay with
higher costs. I personally feel that their is inherent risks in many of the
activities that we participate in and that if something bad happens it is just
bad luck and we shouldn't be looking to the big corporations to pay.
My personal advice is to recommend you do not help those shysters.
