Gosh, that IS wierd. Is there anyway to maintain a fullwidth window, yet allow operation of gadgets that are "underneath it"? I guess that if you really got fancy and used all kinds of low level system calls it MIGHT be possible. As far as just dimming the screen, instead of a total blackout, this would defeat the purpose of my feature to use GenLock for unobscrued viewing during the blackout! BTW, has anyone noticed some "quirkiness" on GenLocks part?? I have noticed a slight tendency to glitch when the disk drive searches for a disk when it is empty. I thought this might be due to an excessively long cable and have ordered a smaller one. I've just put a new INSIDER into my Amiga and it works beautifully, but this sync glitch using GenLock seems to be even worse. If I don't solve it when the smaller cable comes, any other suggestions??? BTW, it certaoinly is great seeing Chip:428K Fast:775K on my RSLClock! I never had an opportunity to see it work before!!!!! -RSL-
