Well, despite the heroic attempts of Lattice 3.02 to screw me up, I managed
to come up with a working printer driver for the Radio Shack inkjet
printer, the CGP-220. Yes…after finally realizing that the simple
substitution of '(x+7) >> 3' for the vague, obscure, and hopelessly
convoluted arithmetic obscenity '(x+7) / 8' was THE answer, (along with
re-defining VOID as INT instead of Lattice's void type) I am now able to
enjoy the wonders of color printing! And now I give this gift to my fellow
Amigoids who tried to save a buck by buying a discontinued printer at a
bargain price only to discover that the Canon driver didn't work. You'll
find VERSION 1 in DL 6. I'll try adding some bells and whistles in the
next week or so. In the meantime, anyone want to buy a slightly shredded
Lettuce C compiler? Know where I can get Aztec at a reasonable price?
GOTTA GO!
