Does anybody know why the Epson Preferences driver gives a line feed
initially before printing any text when the PRT: device is used? Is this a
bug in the printer driver or in the PRT: device itself? The problem with
this bug is that once the printer is finished printing, the print head
advances one line past the top of page position. I would appreciate some
advice on how to get rid of this problem. I have both the Lattice-C
compiler and Macro Assembler. I would like to get rid of this bug in the
Epson LQ-800 driver that I uploaded to DL 6. Any advice would be much
