David I intend to look into compilation rights a little bit more. Do you know any specific legal language that I need to attach to each disk. Rocco

Rocco, I'm sorry, but not being a lawyer, I wouldn't want to try to give you any specific language. It would be better to check with one to get some enforceable language. Maybe there is somebody else out there that could come up with some language that we all could use to copyright our own P.D. software as authors, giving single users or user groups the right to freely distribute the software, but requiring royalties for commercial use. The concept is interesting. If this person is really as crass as you portray, he will probably soon alienate his customers also. Then you can have the last laugh! David
