Help!! O.K. I admit it. I was one of the ones who bought a Tecmar T-Card because it was the first thing out. I thought the two extra ports would be a great asset. One problem: There are no drivers for them for what I want to do. I just want to use the serial port on the T-Card as a modem port, because I have a serial printer and it would be nice to be able to use modem and printer at the same time. I have never written a driver before, so I'm pretty clueless about where to start. Even if I can do it, how can I make the Amiga know which port is going to be used for what. Any help is greatly appreciated, John

John: Seems as though one or more of the 'real amy gurus' would have replied but I did not see any so…… First do you have the RKM? If so, there is quite a bit of information about device drivers. You will need the address for the Tecmar port. If the actual device used for the port is different than what the amy uses then you will also need to get some examples of programming that kind of chip. Programming device drivers is really not all that difficult except that with something like the amy you just about have to have their examples. 73, bill
