The standard unit ships with an Ultre imager, which is laser diode. You can, however, get a Pelbox 3000, which I believe is HeNe.

Thanks for the info, Miles. By Laser Diode, I assume you mean InfraRed Diode?

Yes, I do mean InfraRed Diode…Ultre certainly make a good IR unit…
