Heres a trick that you may want to do if you have more than 1 meg of ram. First create another directory MOVE all drivers that you never/rarely use into this new directory. See how much there is left in your PSDRIVERS directory (including the spelling.dictionary) and create a RAD: thats a little larger. Run Pagestream and change/save the path for the Pagestream driver to RAD: and then quit. Copy all files that are now in your PSDRIVER directory into RAD: (a script file will be useful here) Run Pagestream again and now your spell checking will run from RAD: and a lot faster!!! Be sure to COPY RAD:SPELLING.DICTIONARY to your PgS disk after you've done your spell checking in order to save any new words you add Just watch how much room is left on your Pagestream disk so you don't fill it up! (you could always use a seperate disk for all your drivers) In my case I would need a RAD of 256K in size…its a lot to take away from Pagestream but if you have 2 megs or more and want to do spell checking from within PgS this will be the fastest. later!
