Thanks for the reply. I can live without the mouse. What is

That's software to use the Ami clock from the PC side since the bb does not
have a 'battery' clock. Doesn't work for the same reason the mouse won't.
Beyond that, the 386si works very nicely but is a pain in the butt to
install. Still, I'm quite pleased with it, and even more pleased with
SOTA's customer support.
PC Tools has a speed test that shows the xt bb at about 95% of a stock pc,
the AT board at 365%, and the 386si (80386sx based) at 7290% or so). My
fax hardware/software seems to run about several times faster with the SOTA
running.

Ron,
To get around the clock problem I use a program called pcdate. It
creates a date/time text file on the amiga side. When you boot the bb you
do an aread from that file and inserts it into the date/time prompt. If
you don't start the bb right away the time will be off but all I care about
is a correct date anyway. Is the 386si a half hight board. I am really
crunched for space as there is a memory expansion board and a 10meg hard
card on the pc side. With a shoehorn and some luck I can fit a half hight
card in.
