Like Kevin said, yes they do. In ED, while on a line press ESC and type BS.
Then go to the end of the block you want to affect and do ESC and type BE. (BS
= Block Start, BE = Block End) Then go where you want to put that block and
type IB for INSERT BLOCK. DB will delete a block.
