Has anyone seen this yet? Is there a demo? What is the user interface like? What is the copy protection? (I assume Dr.T's never releases anything without the latter…sigh)

I saw a demo at AmiExpo. Beta .9 version, it looked very hot. Especially for a $99 program. Basically, it is a 12 (I think) track sequencer, with real time graphic editing, and rudimentary music notation printing. (Rudimentary meaning limited in size and capabiliities–the basic quality looked quite good). The hippest thing is you can do graphic editing of sequences, with the mouse, while the program is playing and hear tyhe results. Looks like an unbelievable deal for $100.

Hmm. Sounds really good. Maybe some of the things that DMCS should have been and never was, huh?

Well, was never intended to be, anyway. I'd like to see a utility to transfer files back and forth between DMCS and Standard Midi Files, so you could type in music to DMCS and play it on a sequencer.
