Hello, I asabout a 240 emulator and You suggested VLT4P4 which I downloaded
and unzoo'ed but I get an error "Init – Can't open ARP library" am I doing
something wrong? or does the program have a problem? Please help me out.

You also need to download the arp.library file (I don't recall the exact
lib it is in here) and put it in your libs directory for VLT to work
properly.

You need the arp.library in your libs: directory. See if it is in the VLT
file. If so, you can just copy it to your libs: directory. If not, you
will need to download it and put it there. Lib 14, ARP13.ZOO.
