It's been said that, to a man whose only tool is a hammer, every problem
looks like a nail. I get that impression that to some folks, every problem
looks like a job for malloc.
Thank God I _DON'T_ think like that.

There are definitely usages for malloc, and there are definitely times
to avoid it. The key, I think we both agree, is to know which time is
which.
