I'm putting together a simple little utility to switch between pre-set screen colors. I remember reading about some individual's favorite screen colors. Hi Louis, To try to make it short: 1)Unscrew plastic case. 2)Untwist metal tabs from RF shielding case. 3)Find IC U11 which is a 16 pin chip and look near pin 15 for- 4)R55 which is a 4.7 K ohm resistor (yellow-violet-red) and cut it out! 5)Reassemble everything. 6)Enjoy! -RSL-

It was easy to figure out what you meant! Its amazing what a difference a little 4.7 K resistor makes. It's such a pleasure to watch my monitor not "shake and quake" whenever the disk drive is accessed! Thanks again! I appreciate the information! -RSL-
