'Cosmetic' programs such as DropShadow and DropCloth arguably increase the
utility of the system; it's far easier to determine the depth of a given window
with DropShadow running, and DropCloth improves icon visibility and
distinctness.
I wish there were a way to shrink the Gizmos Cuckoo Clock the way one can
shrink a Conman window. If it could blank the screen after a period of
inactivity, and then pop about in miniaturized form a la Autopoint …
