Thanks for the info. I tested my NEC CDR-80 and CDR-72 with MME stuff they do have the sound/video synchronization problem. As far as the new MPC NEC's are concerned I have heard that Microsoft labs have not verified their MPC complience.

I forgot to mention that there are two offers. One with NEC-72 which I think is the one you mention and one is the cheaper NEC-36. I have NEC-72 and I am very happy with.
