#Kickstart remap 2630
Message #94478
I need help configuring my 2630… I would like to move the Kickstart into 32 bit memory, but don't know how to alter my startup sequence… I heard I can get a noticeable speed-up. Help anyone?
Forgive me, I should have been more technical. That is correct, NW is "Privately" owned, or it was until a couple of years ago. However, my point here is controlling stock. Not domination. Shoot, I'd be happy just making waves at a shareholder's meeting. Not just to make them, but…
With no monitor? I've $1000 but no monitor… What do you mean the back of the case is modified for the Toaster?

So are you saying that Commodore Amiga is doing a superb job…? Most dealers I know are being nickled and dimed to death as it is.
Well, my father's with Northwest Airlines. I saw the company go private through an employee buyout. But maybe you're right… consumers shouldn't take charge of their own affairs… it's too democratic!
Controlling stock is all that's needed. Mr. Bahamas has only about 20%. It gets easier… hell, Northwest Airlines did it WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES!!! Commodore is about 1/10th the size of NW.
The user groups worldwide, coordinated. It would simply be a buyout. It happens all the time on Wall Street…
#user group buyout
Message #93778
I was wondering if anyone has ever seriously considered a use-group buyout of Commodore-Amiga. I feel that an action such as this could greatly enhance our systems, as well as the reputation of Amigas in general. Any supporters??? This is not as difficult as it sounds. It could be accomplished…
I have a Wren IV, 340 meg 5.25" full height ( a big external mof') SCSI-II. It came from a Silicon Graphics Indigo. I have a 110 meg Rodime 5.25" half height that is the pride and joy of my 2000 now… I am interested in either accelerator… and the…

I need an accelerator for my 2000. Prefer a slotted unit over anything else. I can trade up to half a gigabyte of hard drives.
#CSA Turbo Amiga ???
Message #92955
Is anyone using a CSA Turbo Amiga Accelerator for the A2000? Does it work under 2.0? What other things… Thanks
I am interested in your accelerators… leave mail or call Steve @ (901) 755-9098. I also have two SCSI drives for sale/trade, a 340 meg SCSI-II and a 110 meg.
I'll take it if it works. What harddrive controller are you using? What were you using? I can be reached voice at (901) 755-9098. Steve
Yes, that does interest me. Are you using the 4000 strictly for its multimedia capabilities or are you using it with other programs as well, such as DTP, accounting and comm's. Also, where are you located, what kind of business (volume) do you get and what other platforms have you…

No errors, yes, perhaps a 1200 or an HST… actually the 1200 would be better I suppose. Realize this is an external drive without a case.
340 mg SCSI sale/trade
Message #90721
Would like to trade 340 meg, 5.25" full height, 10 ms WREN SCSI drive for Amiga accelerator, other Amiga stuff, or Nikon Photo gear. Or sell it for $450. Currently formatted to 314 megs under Amigados 2.04.
Thanks again. I guess the guy will have to make do… I think $150 was a fair price for the board. I will pass this information on to him for sure… Steve
Thanks for the quick response! I heard that it was a standard GPIB. That is, it could support scanners, parallel cards, I/O cards, etc… Do you know where modules are available at for this board? Is there anything comparable on the MS/DOS side? Thanks again… I sold it to a…
ASDG Twin-X board?
Message #50078
I would like some help identifying this board… I've been told it is a Twin-X board, and it does say this as well as ASDG right on the plastic. It has a serial port module installed on it. Could someone please tell me what this thing is for… are there…
#BME going structured?
Message #45632
I've been told by my retailer (Amiga) that you are developing or have released an upgrade to the BME which includes a structured drawing program. If this is true, when, where and how can I upgrade?g
