I wonder if Number Nine Motion 771. I remember one of CAD magazine had a test on rendering with different video card and #9 has the best result. As far I know, video card shouldn't have any effect on redenering speed. Does anyone read that article?
Maybe you can look at the Miro DC1 TV card. It costs about $550. It doesn't have 3ds driver, but you can convert the TGA to AVI in the windows. It works well for me in Win3.11, but I heard there is problem with Win95 driver. You can check it…
HI, I am using impression + with 2Mb. Maybe you have the older driver. You can download the new vibrant driver on the forum. it works well for me.

Thank you for the suggestions. I have tried to export with DXF, but all the drawing created with solid modeling disappeared. I wonder DXF doesn't support the solid modeling yet. Ken
I did it by rebooting the win95 to Dos mode. It works great even with lightspeed vibrant drivers.

Hi all, Does anyone know the best way to import dwg of r13? I used ACAD r13 to export drawing to 3d studio4c1. However, some of the surface of solid were missing. for example, a box would only show 4 faces. Please help! Thank you
Hi, Thank you for the fast respond. I found the cause for the problem. One of my partition was not formated. I guess the installation disk couldn't find the CD drive. Thanks again Ken
