The best program I've seen for this is Form-Z, but I think it's only for the Mac. It's an amazing 3D-modeler. For sites, you just draw the site outline and the contour lines, and tell it the height interval. It gives you many optiones towards how to build the model.…

May I ask what kind of prices are awarded? Are the prizes similar in all categories, or do some categories get better prizes? I mean do animations get similar prizes to stills, do students get same prizes as practiceing professionals?
