I can't get the DPS MCI driver to work in Win 95pre. Has anyone else tried to access the PAR through the Media Player in Windows 95? Steve

Has anyone had success getting the media player in Windows 95b to read off the Par drive? Media player reports that it can't find the file, then causes a GPF. Steve
Here's an update. 3ds is rendering to the PAR while I'm online here and using Photoshop. All seems to work quite well. Still can't get the Par Mci driver to work though. Steve
Larry, Yes, it seems to work fine in VESA, VGA and Vibrant 16 color mode. Render is set as Vibrant 640x480x16m colors and it works fine, just not main display and materials. Does anybody know if there is there a way to work around this? Maybe by excluding memory addresses?…

I have a PAR that misbehaves. When I click on anything woth clicking on, Play, Stop, Split, etc… my mouse leaves white "droppings" there. This overwrites the display and looks terrible. Is there a way to teach my mouse to doody on his own time? 🙂
