Communication is the issue alright. When some one tells you that they have received something in stock and your order will be processed by x-date then two weeks latter the story starts all over agian….. when your told that the product is in stock and your oder is being processed…

After 4 months, a lot of promised ship dates, I finally got my A4K from computer answers. It seems that they take orders on product that is in route to them. In my case the in route 4K's became EC/030's that i had to pay an additional 565.00 to upgrade…
