No problem, Steve, I've also heard that there is a way to motify the 3DS.set, or exe file, to get a clean 3DS loadup. I'm not too sure how to do it, but you can contact Autodesk. Hope I helped. Good luck, my friend.
I'm not sure what's going on, but the "files=100" is not neccssary at all. Reduse this to 40. Also, try not to load any device drivers that's associated with harddrives, like the VDISK. I'm just give you some suggestion. Hopefully it will make a difference.
Hey, dude, check in your 3DS.set file, and make sure that in front of the line "vpost-zbuffer = yer", there is no ";".
