So I guess the question is, "If I decide to sell an Amiga laptop sans chips, and my customers buy the chips and operating system separately from Amiga dealers, am I, or my customers, breaking the law?". Another interesting question arises, "What makes an Amiga computer?". If you buy all the main chips from C=, don't you, in essence, HAVE an Amiga computer? These are all legal questions I am not qualified to answer. But if ReadySoft was not sued out of business, why should an Amiga laptop maker be driven out? – via Whap!
