Harry, It's not the number of computers it's in use in…it's the manufacturer of the computer that's the issue. Commodore has the right, if they choose to (or have chosen to…they may already have taken the option) to license the use of those Chips in such a manner that they may only be used in Commodore products. They also have the right, and to the best of my knowledge have taken the option, to limit the use of the OS to Commodore machines only. They can license them any way they wish. Enforcement is of course, a different matter. However, it'd be quite easy to go after a company that produced a "shell" computer that needed Commodore's chips and OS for it to work. I'd be dollars to doughnuts they could get them shutdown in a heartbeat. Don
