unfortunately, i think the customer was sold them on basis they could go faster. Fortunately, it's been a couple days with nothing from them about when the manuals at least could be sent so i'm begining to thing isn't quite as hot as they originally thought. Currently the work as dialing system but give a number of errors when being called from a real Hayes. I figure I can correct this when the manuals show but i'm really concern about them not getting the performance improvement they think they'll get when the pair two of these on a link.
