If you can stand to wait a couple of weeks, Windows 3.1 is being released
April 6/7, and it eliminates the need for MSCDEX (or includes it,
whichever). I got a mailer to upgrade 3.0 to 3.1 last week, and when I
called to order was told it will be shipped to arrive Apr 6/7, to coincide
with the official release date.
