Randy,
The CD Runs off the Adaptech Card. The Problem is with NorthGate. They
say their ISA Boxes Won't do BusMastering. Last Weekend I went and got the
Trantor SCSI card the NEC uses. It doesn't do busmastering and my CD problem
went away. I also down loaded from Trantor their NT driver for the card and
that worked fine too. My MSCDEX driver is 2.21 too. I'll check out the IBMHW
forum and see if there's anything up there……. Thanks for getting back to
me….
P.S.
In the end I'm just disgusted with NORTHGATE and WON'T EVER BUY OR
RECOMMEND ONE TO ANYONE AGAIN.
