Um. We do well enough with them, but perhaps the fact that we're not into
CDROM at all at this point has helped. They've been good about everything
for us, really.
I really don't have trouble with the technical group, I think they're
good. I have trouble with policy and direction, which seems to be
determined by random drawing from the corporate records of Edsel.
