#!@#$% rendering colors
I think Mitchell is talking about something a little different. During a
rendering (with the built-in VGA320x200 driver), press <SpaceBar>. The
"Rendering in Progress" panel disappears and the current frame in process is
displayed. The colors are not normalized, but they look pretty good. But when
THIS frame is finished and the NEXT one starts to paint over it, there is
confetti all over the place! That is, interrupting "Rendering in Progress"
yields a SINGLE fairly decent frame, but any subsequent ones are terrible.
Pressing <SpaceBar> twice (returning to RiP and back again) once again yields a
single pretty good image, but then confettied images following.
This doesn't seem to happen using Vibrant's driver. The frames, though not yet
normalized, all look pretty good and they paint out one at a time, over each
other.
