Here is the latest I have on the monitor situation.
I talked to several of my distributors (I am an Amiga dealer too) and
they have not gotten any word from Commodore as to the confirmation
of their monitor orders. Normally about 3 days prior to shipment
everyone who purchased monitors are contacted. This hasn't happened
as of last Thursday. The distributors are quite furious. A letter
from one distributor went to Medhi Ali saying that if Commodore did
not provide the needed monitors that they will not pay for the A4000s
that they had recently purchased.
I have tried to contact John DiLullo over this last week on this issue
as well as the 20 questions promise. No word yet.
Hang in there.. I could have an update on the situation in the next
day or so.
