We cannot place the blame upon the students completely, their instructors MUST shoulder the blame. Let's get those trainers up to speed. Have them certified! Check the institutions using AutoCAD for basic instructor competency. Make sure that night school class instructors are included in this radical idea, afterall most of industry send their staff to learn at night.
