The problem is likely that you have assigned too large a memory block
to the Mac system. On an A2000 which has 16 bit RAM you must use 24 bit
addressing, even though you have some 32 bit RAM on the accelerator. You
probably need to use a smaller Mac system memory assignment. Try just a small
amount, maybe 2 meg, to see if it will then work. Be sure you have properly
installed the AmaxInit file to run in your startup. You must first turn off
the machine before trying to boot Amax after you install AmaxInit. Also be
sure you installed the new chip in the correct direction. Be sure the chip
notch is pointing in the same direction as the adjacent chips.
