Yep, it should — there are folks here that have 'em hooked to a switchbox, or me, I've got 'em on a 6" homemade ribbon cable. I put mine inside the case for a while, but our sister office got their machines ripped off recently, but their dongle was left behind as it was just plugged in the back and screwed into the printer cable, but NOT the parallel port! I decided I'd rather have them outside!<g> Dave
