Chris, We have been plagued by memory parity errors when rendering large files. We went through every part of the system to no avail. We finally realized that the error occurs when the hard drive is constantly running. This is most likely overheating the RAM. We installed cooling fans, but they were not effective enough. We use a large square fan and sit it right in front of the CPU with the front panels off. This works, we never get a parity error with the fan running. It is kind of annoying with the fan blowing on you, but if you are rendering you don't have to be in front of it anyway. Good luck, hope this helps. -Scott LaClair, Image-Net Systems
