Richard… There are MANY such cards. If there's a computer superstore near you (CompUSA, Computer City, etc.) you'll find a few on the racks. They generally don't replace video cards, but are add-ins of their own. Video digitizing cards like Intel's Smart Video Recorder Pro could provide some of these functions, but only if you fed in the output of a TV tuner/cable box/VCR tuner. Why bother, really? If you don't have computer retailers near you, spend $5 and pick up (with a forklift!) Computer Shopper magazine. You'll see such cards advertised. They're not too expensive. Don't know for sure, but $150 is probably a ballpark figure… Good hunting, Jeff
