Yeah – and I bet that Bill Gates secretly helped Apple sell all their machines while the Amiga suffered, right? <G> Sorry, Bob, but I don't buy into the "conspiracy" theory. Commodore had equal access to all the advertising media, etc., etc. They just didn't have marketing skills worth a dime, couldn't attract major publishers to the platform, did a lousy job of getting their dealer network to support them and dozens of other things all of which helped put them out of business. Where there was an aggressive third-party with an add-on product that provided real utility (i.e., Scala, NewTek), the Amiga sold well. People bought it for the peripheral and couldn't have cared less about what the device ran on. Commodore never figured that one out. Anyway, as far as Commodore owners making a difference, about the only opportunity they'll ever have in my opinion is to buy new Amigas if and when another company starts making them. Jerry
