GIF viewers
I've noticed several GIF and VGA viewers in the libraries. Are these
to allow one to view an IBM GIF or VGA image? If so, does that mean that I
could, for example, download an image from an IBM BBS and view it on my
Amiga? I've been told by a disreputable source that this is the case.
