Good question Rick, I'm sure the Yost Group could answer that one better than I. I suggest trying it and if you can get that display resolution with your card at all then go for it. The only problem I can imagine is when you load some of the images necessary for the tutorial, they may get chopped losing significant detail. If so, use aniconv (the included converter) and scale the images to 640×400 and save them under a different name.
