There is a terrific shareware program (won awards, etc) which you can download from one of the CompuServe forums called Paint Pro. It loads into a windows environment. Very snappy interface. I use the Toaster to grab a from from the Hi-8, load it into TPaint then save it as an RGB file with is the 24-bit IFF format than dan is talking about. Paint Pro will read IFF files and output them to a printer, or it will convert it a TIFF format common in the PC world or several other platform files. Should be easy to print from there. I output my framestores this way to a 600 dpi laser printer, but only in B&W. If you want to go this route, I can look up where I downed loaded the program from – it was mentioned in one of the CompuServe mags a couple of months ago.
